What's inside

Five ingredients. Zero filler.

200 mg per serve

Phosphatidylserine

Balances cortisol to support a healthy stress response during travel. Clinically shown to reduce the cortisol spike caused by time zone shifts.

0.5 mg micro-dose

Melatonin

A precise micro-dose — not the 5–10 mg sledgehammer found in most supplements. Enough to signal sleep onset without disrupting your body's natural production.

200 mg per serve

Magnesium glycinate

The most bioavailable form of magnesium. Supports muscle relaxation, nervous system calm and parasympathetic activation before sleep.

150 mg per serve

Ashwagandha KSM-66

Gold-standard adaptogen extract. Reduces travel anxiety, supports adrenal function and helps the body adapt to new circadian demands.

100 mg per serve

L-Theanine

Found naturally in tea. Promotes calm alertness during the day and smooth sleep onset at night — without sedation or dependency.

TCM-informed blend

Reishi + Astragalus

Adaptogenic mushroom and root. Supports immune resilience during travel and helps the body manage the inflammatory stress of long-haul flights.

How to use

Your jet lag protocol.

Take capsules 30–60 minutes before your desired bedtime in the destination time zone.

Long-haul · 3+ time zones

Full reset protocol

Day 1 — Arrival night3 capsules
Day 22 capsules
Day 31 capsule

Taper down as your rhythm adjusts. Most travellers report full adaptation by day 3.

Short-haul · 1–3 time zones

Quick adjustment

Day 1 — Arrival night2 capsules
Day 2 (if needed)1 capsule

For shorter shifts, one or two nights is usually enough. Listen to your body.

Why it works

Reset your clock, not your week.

Circadian reset

Micro-dosed melatonin signals your suprachiasmatic nucleus to shift sleep onset — without the hangover of standard doses.

Cortisol balance

Phosphatidylserine blunts the cortisol spike that keeps you wired at 3am local time. Fall asleep when you want to.

Nervous system calm

Magnesium and L-theanine shift your nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic — the prerequisite for deep sleep.

Immune resilience

Travel suppresses immunity. Reishi and astragalus support your body's defences while it adapts to a new rhythm.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Anyone who crosses time zones regularly — business travellers, cabin crew, long-haul tourists. It's also useful for shift workers adjusting to new schedules.
Most over-the-counter melatonin supplements contain 5–10mg — far more than the body naturally produces (~0.3mg). High doses cause next-day grogginess and can suppress natural production over time. Our 0.5mg micro-dose is enough to signal sleep onset without disrupting your body's own rhythm.
We recommend avoiding alcohol on arrival night for optimal results. Alcohol disrupts REM sleep and counteracts circadian adjustment. If you do have a drink, separate it from the capsules by at least 2 hours.
The Jet Lag Protocol is designed for occasional use around travel. All ingredients are safe for repeated use, but we recommend using it only when crossing time zones — not as a nightly sleep aid. For daily sleep support, see our Melatonin Pillow Mist and Magnesium Bears.
If you take blood thinners, immunosuppressants or other prescription medication, consult your physician before use. Ashwagandha may interact with thyroid medication. Pregnant or nursing women should not use this product.
Standard melatonin only addresses one mechanism. Jet lag involves cortisol dysregulation, nervous system overstimulation, immune suppression and circadian misalignment. Our protocol addresses all four with a multi-compound approach — phosphatidylserine for cortisol, magnesium for the nervous system, adaptogens for immunity, and micro-dosed melatonin for the circadian signal.
Yes. Plant-based capsules, no dairy, no gluten, no soy, no nuts, no artificial colours or flavours. Third-party tested for purity.
